Hello and Welcome Friends! Yoga is a way of life and meets everyone where he or she is at on this journey on Earth. The practice of yoga offers physical, mental, spiritual and emotional benefits. I have been practicing yoga for about 15 years. I decided to deepen my own practice through becoming a yoga teacher. I wanted to share the benefits of meditation and yoga with others through an affordable means in my local community. I obtained my RYT 200-hour teaching certification in December 2018 and decided to start Snow Globe Yoga. I am excited to share this experience and grateful to learn,

about The Snow Globe
Snow Globe Yoga is a mobile, heatable yoga studio. The inflatable structure cozily cocoons approximately 10-15 yoga students. It can be inflated and deflated in a matter of minutes
and allows for an enclosed tranquil, temperate indoor or outdoor experience, whether in a gym, office, mountains, park or backyard. We offer several unique class experiences and may tailor a special event for you!
Snow Globe Yoga offers several unique classes
Mindful
Mindful Meditation
In this mediation, we unite the breath, mind and body. The use of nature imagery draws into focus a calming, peaceful grounded
energy integrated with Sun Salutations. A great way to invigorate and energize any time during the day.
Yin
Yin Yoga
A combination of postures, which stretch and open the deep connective tissues of the body. Postures are typically held for 3-8 minutes. Yin yoga improves energy flow
and flexibility within the body while creating stillness in the mind.
Heated
Heated Zen
Warmed by the sun (plus additional heaters), this class offers students
a set series of yoga postures, combining the meditative aspects of heated yoga while providing
an energizing flow followed by a long soothing Savasana.
Snowga
This class offers a variety of stretches and yin yoga postures to warm up your body before and/or after skiing or snowboarding on the slopes. For increased sensation, wear your boots!
