Mindful

Mindful Meditation

In this mediation, we unite the breath, mind and body. The use of nature imagery draws into focus a calming, peaceful grounded energy integrated with Sun Salutations. A great way to invigorate and energize any time during the day.

Yin

Yin Yoga

A combination of postures, which stretch and open the deep connective tissues of the body. Postures are typically held for 3-8 minutes. Yin yoga improves energy flow and flexibility within the body while creating stillness in the mind.

Heated

Heated Zen

Warmed by the sun (plus additional heaters), this class offers students a set series of yoga postures, combining the meditative aspects of heated yoga while providing an energizing flow followed by a long soothing Savasana.

Snowga

This class offers a variety of stretches and yin yoga postures to warm up your body before and/or after skiing or snowboarding on the slopes. For increased sensation, wear your boots!
